In all work environments there are multiple drivers for individual behaviour, these behaviours have a direct effect on safety outcomes and are the result of interactions between a number of individual factors. These factors, such as an individual’s capabilities and limitations, the work environment, including organisational culture, systems and processes and the individual’s interaction with other personnel, are collectively known as human factors.
Our aim is to ensure that an organisation’s systems and processes interact in a positive way with the individuals who work within them. We can assist organisations with the process of cultural change and development. To achieve organisational culture change we review the organisational Human Factors, systems and processes to ensure that they are convergent toward the improvement of organisational safety and efficiency.
